Brett fell in love with yoga shortly after ending her time as a college athlete. She gets in touch with her most authentic self by living the 8 limbs of yoga. Brett completed the 300-hour Foundational World Peace Yoga teacher training and a 200-hour Power Yoga teacher training at Move Your Hyde Power Yoga. She is in the process of completing her 500-hour Advanced WPY teacher training. Brett has a degree in Montessori education, and is currently teaching to children ages 3-6. Brett enjoys kitchenasana and shares her passion for veganism by preparing plant-based food with friends and family. She believes that rooting oneself in the philosophy of ahimsa, non-harming creates a world in which all beings everywhere may be happy and free.
