Dara O’Loughlin


Dara O’Loughlin’s passion for yoga stems from the powerful benefits of focusing on the breath and having conscious intention both on and off of the mat. Dara believes that incorporating the philosophy of yoga into real life challenges can assist in raising mindful children, experiencing peaceful relationships, making the laundry worth folding, and enjoying a healthy body. Dara completed the 300-hour and 500-hour World Peace Yoga certifications. Interested in fusing spiritual study with physical practice, Dara encourages laughing at one’s self and not taking life (or a yoga class) too seriously, laughing, riding her bike, and exploring new places.
