Join us to answer these questions and many more! We are offering this 4-week workshop series to nurture unconditional love for ourselves at any size. Learn foundational yoga postures in a way that works for your body. Spend time learning how to use props to assist and support you, as well as how to modify poses to discover more space and ease in your practice. Your yoga practice belongs to you. Allow us to hold space for you as you experiment with ways to make this practice uniquely yours.

In this dedicated time for our workshop series, we foster the creation of a safe uplifting community that empowers you in your individual practice on the mat. We are offering you the tools to feel comfortable in creating your own personal practice and adapting poses for your unique body in a welcoming group class setting.

This Reiki share or exchange is an opportunity for self-love, self-care, and self-service so that we as Reiki practitioners may be of better service to the world. Flow + Flight: Finding Lightness Through Vinyasa

This series focuses on the asana, posture-focused limb of yoga. In each class, we will practice a challenging vinyasa sequence that emphasizes the body-breath connection and incorporates arm balances and inversions. Yoga + Live Music with Nicholas Penn

Nicholas Penn is a folk musician, yogi, and health food organizer based in Lexington, KY. His passion is finding synergy between music, yoga, and healthy food, and creating events and experiences that assist people go deeper.

Come to this workshop “Exploring Yoga Nidra – Sleep of the Yogis.” Discover the many benefits of a Yoga Nidra practice including stress reduction, better sleep, improved memory, physical health benefits including cardiovascular and diabetes management, as well as aiding the treatment of PTSD. We will discuss how Yoga Nidra may benefit your personal yoga practice including pratyahara (sense withdrawal) and the koshas (subtle body layers), and how you are able to bring Yoga Nidra into your daily routine. Reiki I & II for Planetary and Personal Peace

Join us for this unique, energizing and healing Reiki Training for Planetary & Personal Peace. In this training, you will learn what Reiki is, the history and evolution of Reiki, what Reiki is able to do, how to use Reiki to help others and yourself, and how to give a full or a partial Reiki session. Intro to Teaching Prenatal Yoga

Are you a Yoga teacher, Yoga teacher in training, midwife, doula, birth coach, pregnant or planning on getting pregnant? If so, then come spend the day, deepening your practice and expand your teaching knowledge exploring how yoga assists expectant moms and dads along their journey. Learn the fundamentals of a prenatal yoga class, creating a safe space for assisting mothers and fathers preparing for pregnancy, labor and beyond. Gain the knowledge to assist a mom with safely practicing prenatal yoga to physically prepare her for pregnancy and labor; empower mom and dad to tune in to her intuition; and cultivate trust to find inner strength. This training encourage students to realize and experience the amazing and beautiful gift of becoming a parent.
