Laura discovered yoga after several years of long-distance running urged her to slow down a bit. She found the physical postures challenging yet comforting, unfamiliar yet healing, and invigorating yet calming. Yoga found a special place in her heart when she realized it was so much more than the physical postures. Laura completed the 300-hour Teacher Training program at World Peace Yoga and is in the process of completing the 500-hour advanced program. She is also a Reiki Master and Health and Fitness graduate from Cincinnati State. Laura truly believes that yoga is for everyone and can be made accessible to anyone who is interested, regardless of physical condition, size, ability, or age.
