Lori sees yoga as loving niceness for your body, your self, and those with whom you come in contact. Her yoga practice takes into consideration the body and breath, the philosophy of body and mind control, the study of peace and the exponential spreading of goodness that results from its practice. She has completed the 300-hour Foundational and 500-hour Advanced World Peace Yoga teacher trainings and is attuned to Levels I & II Reiki for Planetary & Personal Peace. The joy of teaching yoga students of all ages comes with words from the heart and for encouragement to be the change that you want to be.
A trained potter and painter, Lori centers body and life much like she centers clay on a wheel. When not in the studio at World Peace, you might find her working at her wheel in her pottery studio making bowls of peace and love.
