During Rachel’s first pregnancy, she found World Peace Yoga and began taking prenatal classes. Rachel was inspired by the spiritual and peaceful nature of practicing yoga in a community. She quickly decided that this was something she wanted to incorporate into other aspects of her life. Rachel went through the 300-hour yoga certification and Prenatal Teacher Training programs offered at World Peace Yoga and is in the process of completing the 500-hour advanced program. She spends most of her time with her newest addition to the family, her daughter Sabrina & son Sam, her husband Brian, his two children, Alex and Maddie, and Toby dog.
